SG Rose Tripoli Powder

A natural abrasive powder for polishing which contains no metallic particles and is insoluble in water. 

Single Ground Rose Tripoli powder is used to remove blemishes and minor imperfections on steel, aluminium, chrome and similar metals. During the rubbing process the grains of powder break down, becoming more rounded, and begin to polish the surface.

SG Rose Tripoli will always have a greater, more aggressive cutting action than the softer DG Cream Tripoli. 

To use: Sprinkle some powder on the piece to be polished and use a cloth dipped in linseed oil (or similar) or dip the rag into the powder for a more precise application. Tripoli powder may also be mixed with wax and resins to make a buffing wax.
